So often when we look at search statistics we think of one person searching for one word. In reality consumers are refining their searches as they go, getting better results as they add more words.
This is right in line with all of the studies which show how consumers are using the Internet instead of the printed yellow pages. It takes a little more effort with search engines to find products and services locally but consumers are making the effort.
